Our "100% Buyer Protection Program" allows for easy returns, replacement, and refunds for products not as per description/photo on the website, Products which you may not like for quality, colour, and design-related issues. We have some changes for the Return Policy due to the COVID-19 as per Government norms.


  • The shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • We would need a customer service account to clear queries by customers.

  • Complete package tracking availability.

  • Return request can be initiated within 3 days of delivery

  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

  • Cancellation of the package is not allowed after dispatch from the warehouse.

  • If in case the product arrives is broken, no refunds will be made.

  • Complete online payment mode used in the starting days of our working due to COVID-19.

  • The returned product should be in its original packaging and the same unused and unwashed condition as received.

  • Products will be replaced if already damaged products were received by the customer.


The replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:


          -  The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled, and unwashed.

          -  The packaging should have the original tags in place.


The exchange request of the item should be done within 5 days and you'll receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.


In case of cancellation, the cost of goods will be refunded within 15-20 working days.


Do you provide International delivery?


Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, we are facing trouble with international deliveries. But you can contact us for urgent/special order.

Can we order bulk quantity and customize our products?

Yes, we accept bulk orders with a special discount if your quantity is more than 10 units. We can also customize your product on bulk orders. For single-unit customization there will be an additional fee and you need to contact us for the same.

We'll share the contact details of our courier partner in your email.



What are your delivery options?


Direct home delivery will be provided to the customers with an online payment option. No Cash on Delivery option is available due to the COVID-19 situation.
